As 2023 is coming to an end, I’ve spent some time reflecting on what an incredibly productive year it has been at Simpli-U from both from a work and personal perspective. I have met some incredibly inspiring people this year and continued to grow in the Novated Leasing, Salary Packaging and Auto space. I am fortunate to continue doing what I truly love and that is working with ‘U’ (Clients and Candidates) to achieve great outcomes.
Before you zoom away for Xmas take some time out to think about 2023 and ask yourself this…
What did you achieve in 2023?
What were your standout moments?
What do you really wish you could have done better?
These could be Work or Personal moments as they all impact each other along the way.
After pondering these questions also give some thought to 2024 and what goals, career, and personal aspirations you want to achieve. Now is a good time to jot down your thoughts, maybe put a small plan in place and set some key targets and timeframes. Before you know it, January will be here and planning now will help launch you back into gear in 2024 with focus, energy, and enthusiasm.
One last thing before “Drive by Friday” speeds (not too fast) off for the break…
