In a recent Forbes Report (Bernard Marr, World Renowned Futurist/Influencer) commented that today and into 2024, employees will choose remote working because they prefer the benefit it brings to work/life balance and it was felt they were more productive with no time wasted commuting every day to the office. In 2024 the indication is that employers and employees will choose hybrid working arrangements which will combine the collaborative and cultural benefits of face-to-face co-working/office time with the flexibility of remote working.
